Return Policy

NEW/UNUSED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING: 

Full refunds are offered on new, unused, and unwanted products within 7 days of receipt. A return shipping label will be issued and item must be returned in original packaging. Credits will be processed back to the same method of payment once item is returned back to me. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If any items arrive damaged in transit, please contact me via email with your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo of the item's condition within 7 days of receipt. I will  issue a return shipping label to send the item back in it's original packaging. Upon receiving the return, I will issue a full refund or send out the correct product as quickly as possible.  Items not claimed as damaged or incorrect within 7 days of receipt may not be authorized for refund.


NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE:

Any used product / any board gone through the dishwasher.

Custom orders of any kind. Once a custom order has been started, it becomes ineligible for a refund. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
